Returns policy

To ship your return:

1. Pack your items securely.
2. Include your completed return form
3. Return the package via insured ground service.
4. Packing slip.
5. The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
6. We'll process your return within 2-3 weeks from the day you send it back.  

Cancellation & return policy on special order

• Items marked as Special Order cannot be cancelled.
• Items marked as Special Order are final sale and non-returnable. See product page for exclusions and exceptions.
• Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund if necessary.
